1951-52 Duquesne Basketball Team Signed AUTO gpc /w Dudey Moore Dick Ricketts Jim Tucker

Offered is this team signed government postcard postmarked March 12, 1952 from Pittsburgh, PA (mailed the day after their win over Holy Cross.  This team finished in the NCAA Elite Eight and was 4th place in the NIT tournament with a 23-4 record. Autographed by 20 including:  Head coach Dudey Moore (D. 1984) who won the NIT tournament in 1955 and played professional basketball 1937-39 with the Pittsburgh Pirates of the NBL, Dick Ricketts (D. 1988 at age 54) who was the first overall pick of the 1955 NBA draft by the St. Louis Hawks and Rochester/Cincinnati Royals.  He also would play Major League Baseball., Jim Tucker (D. 2020) played for the Syracuse Nationals, Jim Kennedy (D. 2014) drafted by the Syracuse Nationals, Carl Pacacha, Al Bailey, Steve Garay, Hal Cerra, Fletcher Johnson, Sid Dambrot, Mike Buraczewski, Art Goldberg, John Nosworthy, Mike Ringer, Marty Schwemmer, Jim Fallon, Tim Cashman, Dick Manning, Ray Kukura, and one unknown.
