Hitting a happy note, folk singer Joan Baez and Guitar God, Jimi Hendrix chat between acts at a Biafran relief benefit show in New York City. The singers donated their performances and Hendrix contributed $500 cash to the fund to help refugees of the Biafra-Nigeria civil war. This TYPE 1 original Photo measures 8x10 in size and was used in the Daily News several times, spanning from 1968 through 1989.
