Dick Sisler signed photo vintage early 50’s St. Louis Cardinals
Sisler (D) was an American player, coach and manager in Major League Baseball. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, he was the son of Hall of Fame first baseman and two-time .400 hitter George Sisler. Younger brother Dave Sisler was a relief pitcher in the 1950s and 1960s with four MLB teams, and older brother George Jr. was a longtime executive in minor league baseball. He was a member of the 1946 Cardinals and the 1950 Phillies, both teams that played in the World Series. He was a member of the 1950 NL All-Star team. We offer this 7x9 photo signed in the early 50’s as he was finishing up his playing career with the Cards. This is vintage signed during his playing career (circa ’52-53). Wow!!!!
