Coming off their first ever championship, the Bulls finished in first place in the Central Division, along with having the best record in the league at 67–15. Michael Jordan captured his second straight MVP, and sixth straight scoring title. In the first round of the playoffs, the Bulls swept the Miami Heat in three straight games. In the semifinals, they defeated the New York Knicks in a full seven game series. As they advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals, they would defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers in six games, making their second trip to the Finals. In the 1992 NBA Finals, they would go on to beat the Portland Trail Blazers to win their second consecutive championship, and second of three straight.

Offered is a size 11.5-12, 14 K gold championship ring that weighs 44.7 grams after the Bulls won their 2nd of 3 NBA championships (in the 1990’s) during the 1991-91 season. It was presented to minority team owner, Edward Gardner who made his fortune in the Chicago based company, Soft Sheen Products which revolutionized black hair care.

A fantastic total of 61 diamonds illuminate this heirloom. Placed atop a black setting, 33 authentic stones form ""BULLS"" in raised relief, and the glistening presentation is bordered by 28 larger baguette-cut diamonds. The ring has a total diamond weight of approximately 1.5 carats. The left panel reads “GARDNER” in relief above the casted image of the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, “67-15,” the team’s record, and “DIR.”

The right panel reads, “WORLD CHAMPIONS” in relief above the casted image of the official NBA log, “91-92” and “BACK TO BACK.”

The inside of the ring is stamped, ""14k©Jostens.” The ring is in NEAR PERFECT condition.

A high quality REAL ring that doesn’t enter the market very often. In fact, this is the first time this ring has ever been offered for public auction!
