1973 ALCS Oakland A’s Baltimore Orioles Playoff Ticket Stubs Games 3 – 4 – 5 Lot
The Oakland Athletics defeated the Baltimore Orioles 3-2 in a hard-fought series to advance to their second consecutive World Series. The defending champion A's split the first two games in Baltimore before returning home to the Oakland Coliseum. Game 5 Oakland clinched the pennant with a 3-0 shutout victory. Catfish Hunter again dominated, pitching a complete game with outstanding control. Reggie Jackson provided key offensive support. The A's defense was flawless behind Hunter. Oakland advanced to face the New York Mets in the World Series.
