Freddie Lindstrom was a National League baseball player with the New York Giants, Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago Cubs and Brooklyn Dodgers from 1924 until 1936. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1976.

Offered is a 6x 8 Associated Press photo with the stamp under the original paper caption.  Lindstrom was sidelined by some injuries in 1934.  He came back super strong in 1935, playing in the outfield between the Waner Brothers and finished second on the team with a .310 batting average (8th in the National League).
