Offered is an 8” x 10” original TYPE I photo taken by photographer, C. Higgins (stamped on back of photo – who was a photographer for the Philadelphia Evening Bulletin – otherwise known as Charles T. Higgins) with Philadelphia Warriors Basketball HOFer, Jumpin’ Joe Fulks reaching up in traffic in a 1948-49 season game against the Providence Steamrollers #10 Bob Hubbard and #6 Chick Halbert. Watching the action is #12 for the Providence Steamrollers, Lee Robbins, who was shot and killed in 1968 at the age of 46. Coincidentally, Joe Fulks was shot and killed at the age of 54 in 1976.
