Offered is a spectacular 3-D All American 1983 Collegiate Golf Team – John F. Kennedy Award presented to Mark Brooks at the University of Texas. The ceremony was held at the New York Hotel Hilton – August 16, 1983. This award has two sides (see scan) and is made out of a heavy plastic/formica like material (it’s heavy duty), features a chalkware 3-D sculpture of President John F. Kennedy done by the artist, Iacocca ’81 (signed by artist). We believe this was done by Michael Iacocca who designed medals for the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia.

Metal gold colored plaque attached to award. Gold engraved John F. Kennedy (facsimile) signature attached to the back of the award. Signed by Mark Brooks in silver sharpie that he also wrote, ’96 PGA Champion.
This was one of Mark’s favorite awards in his entire collection. Each part of the award measures 8” x 9.5”
