Alan Trammell, a Hall of Fame shortstop elected in 2018, spent his entire 20-year MLB career with the Detroit Tigers. A six-time All-Star, he was renowned for his fielding, earning four Gold Glove awards. Offensively, Trammell was a three-time Silver Slugger and batted over .300 seven times, finishing with a .285 average, 185 home runs, and 1,003 RBIs. He was the 1984 World Series MVP, hitting .450 to lead the Tigers to victory. His long-time double-play partnership with Lou Whitaker is legendary, as they played in a record 1,918 games together.
