Fernando Valenzuela Signed AUTO 8x10 color Photo Dodgers Baltimore Orioles
Fernando Valenzuela (deceased), a celebrated Mexican MLB pitcher, played 17 seasons (1980–1997), mostly with the Dodgers. Known for his left-handed screwball and unorthodox windup, he achieved 173 wins, a 3.54 ERA, and 41.5 WAR—the highest for any Mexican-born player. In 1981, "Fernandomania" swept the league as Valenzuela became the first to win both the Cy Young and Rookie of the Year awards. A six-time All-Star (1981–1986), he also threw a no-hitter in 1990. Despite late-career injuries, he remains a baseball icon. Valenzuela’s legacy is defined by his skill, creativity, and cultural impact.
Offered is a rare shot of Fernando in 1993 (his only season with the O’s) signed in blue sharpie pen. Tough autograph!
