1914 Charlie Chaplin & Fatty Arbuckle 1927 TYPE 2 Original Photo of The Silent Era’s Biggest Movie Stars

1914 Vintage and extremely early 5” x 7” photograph of comedians Charlie Chaplin and Fatty Arbuckle from their film, "The Rounders." This is the only image from the film we have ever seen and despite being issued about ten years later. It was issued as Chaplin was facing a sex scandal, similar to Arbuckle's and that the image shows them in a boat, symbolic that they were in the same "boat" now. A powerful piece of Hollywood history that is being offered here for the first time ever. Original Underwood and Underwood stamp and paper caption on the back of the photo.  Reproduced in 1927 by Underwood and Underwood from the original negative.

Awesome shot of the silent movie era’s BIGGEST movie stars!
