The younger brother of Joe DiMaggio was a fantastic hitter in the PCL with the San Francisco Seals batting .360 in 1939 and finishing a long career in the major leagues at just a hair under .300 (.297). He was a 7 X All-Star and a member of the Boston Red Sox HOF.
Offered is a very rare early 6” x 8” Original TYPE I photo of DiMaggio is offered here from his banner year of 1939 in Seals uniform.
