Offered is an original United Press International Photo that measures 8” x 10” in size with the original UPI stamp on the back. The photo documents one of the most shocking moments in American history: the assassination of the alleged assassin, which took place on live TV just two days after JFK’s assassination. DALLAS, TEXAS: Lee Harvey Oswald, accused assassin of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, is taken from ambulance to the emergency room at Parkland Hospital, November 24th after Oswald was shot while being transferred from City Hall to the County Court House in Dallas. Oswald was shot in the left side by nightclub owner Jack Ruby, police said. Oswald, 24-year-old former Marine, died in the emergency room at Parkland Hospital November 24th, a few feet from where the late Chief Executive died.
