In 1978 Harley Race was sitting on top of the world in professional Wrestling. He was the NWA World Heavyweight Champion. On June 17th Race and Ricky Steamboat battled to a one hour draw in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Offered is an original TYPE 1 8x10 photo stamped June 30, 1978 that ran in the Charlotte Observer and taken by Gary Parker. This photo was taken during their June 17th match in which Race slammed Ricky Steamboat into a bunch of chairs.
