Eddie Roundy – (D. 1954) was an American football, basketball, baseball, and ice hockey coach. He served as the head football coach at St. Lawrence University in 1917, Hampden–Sydney College from 1920 to 1922, and Colby College from 1924 to 1936.

Lee Williams (D. 1997) was an American basketball coach and executive. He coached at Colby College from 1946 to 1965, and later was the executive director of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. He is a member of the Maine Sports Hall of Fame. In 1985, he received the John Bunn Award.

The John Bunn Award—in full, the John W. Bunn Lifetime Achievement Award—is an annual basketball award given by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to an individual who has contributed significantly to the sport of basketball. Named after John Bunn, the first chairman of the Basketball Hall of Fame Committee from 1949 to 1969, the award is the highest and the most prestigious honor presented by the Basketball Hall of Fame other than enshrinement
