Eric Moulds is a former NFL wide receiver celebrated for his explosive playmaking ability and consistency. He rose to prominence at Mississippi State University, where he showcased his athleticism and knack for big plays, earning a reputation as one of the best receivers in the SEC. Moulds was selected 24th overall by the Buffalo Bills in the 1996 NFL Draft.
Moulds enjoyed a stellar 12-year NFL career, spending the majority of his time with the Bills before brief stints with the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans. Known for his strength, precise route running, and ability to make contested catches, Moulds became one of the league’s premier wide receivers. His standout season came in 1998, when he broke out with 1,368 receiving yards. He was named to three Pro Bowls (1998, 2000, and 2002) and recorded over 1,000 receiving yards in four seasons. Moulds retired with 764 receptions, 9,995 receiving yards, and 49 touchdowns, solidifying his place among the all-time greats in Bills history.
