Morris "Red" Badgro (D. 1998) was a versatile multi-sport athlete best known for his NFL career as a standout end. He played for the New York Giants and helped lead them to the 1934 NFL Championship. Badgro was a three-time NFL All-Pro and scored the first touchdown in NFL Championship Game history in 1933. In addition to football, he played Major League Baseball for the St. Louis Browns from 1929 to 1930. Renowned for his toughness and two-way play, Badgro was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1981, cementing his legacy as a pioneer of early professional football.
