1972 Michigan Wolverines Football Rose Bowl Bulova Wrist Watch Awarded To Players
The 1972 Rose Bowl was the 58th “Grand Daddy of them All” played at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, on Saturday, January 1. The Pac-8 Champion Stanford Indians upset the Big 10 Champion Michigan Wolverines by a point, 13–12, winning the Rose Bowl for the 2nd consecutive season. The Player of the Game was Stanford quarterback Don Bunce. Michigan had a perfect 11-0 record going into the game.
Offered is this 1971 Bulova Automatic Wristwatch 10 K RGP with stainless steel back N1 (H759543). The Dial has the Rose Bowl and Michigan logos. This watch was awarded to members of the 1972 Michigan Rose Bowl team. The case measures 33 mm in diameter. Watch is in running order.
